15 nasal strips
Lifts the sides of the nose, so breathing through the nose is easier at night.
15 mouth tapes
Gentle tapes that keep you on nasal breathing through the night.
Guide + −10% card
How-to instructions, video tutorial, and a discount for your next order.
The night stack, in three moves
Strip first, tape second. Nose open, mouth closed. That is the whole protocol.
Clean nose and lips
Wash and dry the bridge of the nose and the skin around the mouth. No creams, balms, or makeup on those spots.
Strip, then tape
Nasal strip on the bridge, just above the nostrils — press once. Then close the mouth naturally and apply the tape horizontally across the lips.
Sleep on nasal breath
Air goes in through an open nose. Lips stay gently closed. Wake up, peel both, repeat tomorrow.
One product helps. The stack finishes the job.
A strip without tape still leaves the mouth open
You can open the nose and still default to mouth breathing. The tape is what makes nasal breathing the overnight default.
Tape without a strip fights a blocked nose
Closed lips and a stuffed nose is a miserable night. Lift the valve first, then keep the mouth closed.
Snoring is usually both problems at once
Restricted nose plus open mouth. Treat only one and you leave half the noise in the room.
Why the combo is the default recommendation
Deeper sleep and recovery
Nasal breathing overnight activates rest-and-digest mode. Depth goes up. You actually recover in the hours you already spend in bed.
Quiet bedroom
Open nose plus closed mouth is the mechanical answer to a lot of snoring — without a machine on the nightstand.
More morning energy
Oxygenated sleep ends the fake-rested morning. You get up clear instead of negotiating with coffee.
Who starts with the Combo?
First-time nasal breathers
You should not have to guess the protocol. Two weeks of both products, a guide, and a video — then restock what you actually use.
Snorers who already tried “just a strip”
If the nose is open and the mouth is still hanging, you only did half the work. This is the other half.
Athletes who recover at night
Training stress is wasted if the overnight hours are mouth-breathing junk sleep. The stack is the recovery protocol.
Couples who want the room quiet
One order, two products, one quieter bedroom. The −10% card is there when you split into monthly boxes.
“Breathing through the nose produces nitric oxide. That compound widens blood vessels and helps oxygen reach the tissues.”

That is the advantage. Before the device goes on sale, the manufacturer carries out a conformity assessment under Regulation (EU) 2017/745: it states the intended purpose, assesses safety, and includes instructions for use. The intended purpose and contraindications are written plainly. You know what goes on your skin.

Yes — that is the point. Nasal strip first to lift the sides of the nose, then mouth tape so the lips stay closed until morning.
For most healthy adults, yes. The adhesive is meant for contact with skin. If you have a cold, a blocked nose, or a respiratory condition, check with a doctor first.
About two weeks of nightly use (15 nights). Many people then move to a monthly box of each product, or reorder the combo.
Yes. The tape encourages closed lips — it does not lock them. Cough, yawn, or breathe through the mouth anytime you need to.
Most people feel easier nasal airflow immediately from the strip, and quieter, less dry sleep within the first few nights of using both together.
Sides of the nose lifted. Lips closed.
15 strips + 15 tapes, a guide, and a −10% card. The complete night breathing stack.
